SHIPPING

All of our products are made to order and therefore there are typical production lead times of 1-3 business days before items are ready to ship. Lead times may be longer during seasonal spikes in demand, such as Christmas.

Our orders are dispatched directly to you from our various distribution partners, therefore we cannot offer collections directly from the factory and there is no stock held at our offices. For larger orders, it may be that your products are sent from different production hubs, and therefore may be sent, and arrive, individually.

Thanks to our extensive distribution network, we are able to ship globally to most locations. You can choose your preferred method of shipping upon checkout.

Shipping costs are as follows:

• UK (3-5 business days): £4.99

• All other locations (5-7 business days): £6.99

IMPORTANT

If you have not received your item within 14 days of placing your order, please contact using the form on our Contact page, and we will endeavour to get back to you within 3 business days of your enquiry.

Although our distribution network should avoid the issue of customs duties or fees, Oak Road Hatter Ltd are not responsible extra duties on international deliveries, nor for any items lost in transit. We will endeavour to work with you to investigate all delivery issues promptly. Any refunds as a result of failed delivery will only be made at our discretion.
